Property safety diagnostics, structural walks, and hidden plumbing leak tracking to catch minor issues before they become expensive disasters. for seniors we are looking for trip hazards, or other possible hazards

Our comprehensive home care visits protect both your physical property and your family's well-being. Every visit includes advanced property safety diagnostics, structural walks, and hidden plumbing leak tracking to catch minor issues before they turn into expensive, high-stress disasters.

For seniors or families planning to age-in-place, we layer in a dedicated Independent Living Safety Sweep. We carefully inspect the property for loose flooring, unanchored rugs, poor lighting zones, and missing grab bars—actively identifying and eliminating trip hazards or mobility obstacles before an accident happens.

The core structure is fixed, but your actual visits and seasonal upgrades are 100% customizable!

To keep our monthly subscription rates incredibly affordable and predictable for everyone, we do not alter the base plan pricing, the number of annual visits, or our core safety checklists.

However, your membership is designed to adapt to your home in two major ways:

  • You Control the Labor Clock: You are the absolute boss of your scheduled visits. You decide exactly how to use your included "Honey-Do" labor hours every time we roll a truck to your property. On any given visit, you can have your technician spend their dedicated labor time mounting a new TV, tightening loose deck boards, hanging heavy shelves, or running a specialized Independent Senior Safety Sweep.
  • Tailored Premium Add-Ons: During your initial Home Onboarding visit, your manager will physically evaluate your property's specific layout to build custom, flat-rate pricing for optional seasonal upgrades. You can choose to seamlessly layer specialized services like annual Exterior Softwashing, Roof & Gutter Structural Inspections, Crawlspace Moisture Audits, or Lawn Care directly onto your monthly plan.

Between your custom wish lists, your tailored seasonal add-ons, and your 20% member discount on all extra repairs, your membership will naturally contour to fit your home's exact needs throughout the year.

We take this incredibly seriously. "Honest" isn't just a marketing word for us—it is exactly how we run our operations. We protect your subscription hours with three strict guardrails:

  • The "We are Human" Phone Policy: We are all human, our technicians have families, and we completely respect that. Occasionally, a technician may need to check a quick text or take an urgent personal call from home. However, our absolute company rule is that the clock must be paused or corrected immediately if they step away for a personal matter. Your paid membership time is strictly for your home's repairs. The only other times they should touch their phone are to take Jobber progress photos, look up appliance manuals, or check in with our office manager.
  • Jobber GPS & Time Tracking: We do not guess or round up tracking times. Our team uses Jobber’s live digital timers, which are hard-locked to GPS location tags. Your technician must physically click "Start Job" when tools hit the workspace, and "Stop Job" the second they finish. This data is tracked down to the exact second and is fully visible on your account.
  • Our No-Hassle Audit Guarantee: You never have to confront a technician. If you ever feel a team member was working inefficiently, moving slowly, or forgot to pause their timer during a personal call, simply contact our office manager directly at 910-890-4289. We will immediately audit the Jobber time logs and GPS stamps. If we find any discrepancy at all, we will credit those labor hours right back to your membership account—no arguments, no questions asked.

We pay our team top-tier salaries so that they never have an incentive to cut corners or stretch the clock on your property!

We will never pack up our tools and leave you stuck with a half-finished mess. If a project is tracking to go over your plan's included labor hours, our technician will pause and give you a clear heads-up before the clock runs out. You always have total control over how we proceed:

  • Option 1: Finish It Right Now (With Your Discount): If our technician’s schedule allows for that day, you can authorize them to stay and finish the job right then and there. Any extra time needed will be billed at our standard rate, minus your 20% active member discount.
  • Option 2: Save It for Next Month: If it isn't an urgent repair, we can pause the work at a clean, safe stopping point. We will log exactly where we left off in your Jobber profile and prioritize finishing it first thing during your next scheduled visit using your next batch of included hours.
  • Option 3: Get a Flat-Rate Quote: If a project on your list turns out to be much larger and more complex than originally expected, we can write up a formal, flat-rate estimate to complete it. You still get your 20% member discount on the quote, and we will schedule a dedicated block of time outside of your regular membership visits to get it knocked out.

No surprise bills, no hidden fees—just clear options so you can choose what works best for your budget and your schedule.

Absolutely not. That is the entire point of upfront flat-rate pricing—it protects your wallet, not ours. If we quote you a fixed price for a specific repair, that price is locked in, no matter how long it takes us to complete it.

We break this down into two clear rules so you always know where you stand:

  • Our Risk, Your Protection: If a standard project takes longer because a bolt is rusted tight, a structural stud is in an awkward spot, or our technician is simply being extra meticulous to get it perfect, you do not pay a penny more. We absorb the cost of that extra time. You pay the exact flat rate you approved on your estimate, period.
  • The Only Exception (Hidden Property Defects): The only time a price will ever change is if we uncover a serious, hidden pre-existing condition inside a wall or under a floor that was impossible to see during the estimate (such as hidden active water rot, insect damage, or hazardous, illegal DIY electrical wiring from a past owner). If that happens, we stop work immediately, show you exactly what we found, and discuss the next steps. We will never perform extra, unapproved work and surprise you with a higher bill at the end.

If the job is straightforward but just turns out to be a stubborn project, that’s on us. We honor our word and our quotes!

To pass maximum savings on to our customers, we do not provide free on-site consultations. Driving out to individual properties just to look at a project builds massive fuel and travel overhead into a home care business—costs that most companies hide by raising their overall rates.

By utilizing Free Virtual Estimates, you just send us a few quick photos or videos of what needs fixing, and we provide a transparent, flat-rate quote directly to your email. If a complex job absolutely requires an on-site diagnostic walkthrough, we charge a standard $120 dispatch fee, which is applied directly toward the labor cost of your project once approved!

No, we do not directly handle large-scale structural projects. We are strictly a repair, installation, and maintenance company. We specialize in knocking out your "honey-do" lists, smart home upgrades, preventative maintenance, and minor residential or commercial repairs. We do not do major structural additions, full-house repipes, or heavy commercial electrical rewiring.

However, we know that managing multiple contractors can be a massive headache. If you have a larger project, we offer two ways to help you get it done safely:

1. Let Us Manage It For You (Subcontracting)

If you want a completely hassle-free experience, we are happy to act as your primary contractor. We will bring in, schedule, and oversee trusted, licensed specialists to handle the major portions of the job under our supervision, saving you the time and stress of managing it yourself.

2. Direct Referrals to Trusted Locals

If you prefer to hire a specialist directly, we are more than happy to connect you with the right person.

Please note that we take our recommendations very seriously:

  • 🤝 Shared Values: If we refer you to a business, it is because we have personally worked with them in the past and believe they hold the exact same high standards of honesty, reliability, and quality that we do.
  • 🔍 Ongoing Vetting: Our evaluation of other companies is ongoing. We highly encourage you to share your experience with anyone we refer to you. If a business proves they are no longer worthy of our community's trust, we will immediately stop recommending them.
  • 🌐 Coming Soon: We are currently building a strict, formal vetting system for local businesses. Once a company passes our background checks and gives us permission, we will host a dedicated "Trusted Neighbors" directory right on our website. This takes time, and we are not doing it lightly—we want to ensure that anyone we vouch for is truly the best of the best.

We don't pack up early and waste your investment! If our technician flies through your initial list ahead of schedule, they will ask you for any "bonus tasks" you want done. If you don't have any, they will automatically perform a comprehensive home safety sweep—checking your smoke detector batteries, inspecting under-sink plumbing for hidden leaks, and tightening loose hardware until your booked time is fully utilize !

Absolutely. Your safety and peace of mind are our highest priorities. We carry a full $2 Million commercial liability insurance policy to protect your property. Furthermore, every single technician on our team undergoes rigorous, ongoing criminal background checks and detailed skill vetting. We send only clean-cut, respectful, and highly competent local professionals whom we would trust completely in our own mothers' homes.

Yes. We stand firmly behind everything we touch with a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. If an installation we performed or a repair we completed fails due to our workmanship within 365 days of your service, we will return to your property and fix it completely free of charge. Note: Material defects (like a faulty light fixture you purchased that burns out internally) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but we always guarantee our labor.

We require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because we limit our daily schedule to ensure our technicians never rush through a client's property, a last-minute cancellation leaves a massive gap that another homeowner in need could have used. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a standard rescheduling fee.
